With the Portable PRO system, you get a sports floor designed to last long and bring out the best in your athletes year after year.
High Stability for Better Performance
This sports floor is designed for a wide range of sports, including badminton at highest level.
The Portable PRO sports floor system consists of solid 22mm hardwood panels on plywood strips with foam strip underlay, making the floor extremely stable. Furthermore, the high shock absorbency of this area-elastic sports floor prevents injuries and secures great stability under the foot.
Extraordinary Durability due to 7 Layer Coating System
The floor is covered by our unique 7-layers UV-coating system that comes with a 10-year warranty (at normal wear & tear). The floorboards are pre-lacquered, making the installation process quick and easy – no need for extra on-site coating after the installation.
Our KTL coating lacquer complies with the EN 14904 standard and offers an abrasion strength around 3 times higher than traditional on-site applied lacquer.
The floor panels are flexible with the strength of a solid plank – designed as an all-connected panel with finger jointed, glued stave joints, glued center joint, sealed board ends, and waxed edges. This makes the Portable PRO sports floor exceptionally resistant to water, cleaning products, and resin removers.
Customized Design and Easy Installation
The Portable PRO sports floor system can be designed according to your wishes. This means that we can customize colors, text, logos, and lines, so you get a floor that completely matches your needs.
The portability of the floor makes it quick and easy to install and remove again after a game or an event, or in case you are leaving a leased multi-purpose hall.
The portable panels are delivered with clear markings on each pallet and a complete layout plan. This means that 6 non-specialists can install a full 700 m2 basketball floor within 3 hours. Transport trolleys, making handling and storage easier, are optional additions.
