Furthermore, KTL solid wooden sports floors are assembled from finger jointed staves, fully glued and sealed on all sides and ends, giving the floor a high resistance to water.
Also after a full surface renovation including sanding to bare wood + recoating, the floor can be cleaned more effectively/aggressively than other wooden floors, reducing time spent cleaning the floor and ongoing operating costs as well. You can even use a man-driven scrubber for cleaning, making your cleaning procedure effortless and time-effective.
The annual costs for cleaning a KTL sports floor may be up to 20-30% lower vs cleaning of an average wooden floor with non-fingerjointed strips / boards and where usage of a scrubber is not acceptable.

Installation of Fixed Floors
Our FlexiPRO 12 fixed floor system can be installed at a speed of 50-60m2/man/day
(I.e. a 700m2 basketball court in 2 working days with a team of 6). Once the game lines are applied on top of the UV-factory finish and cured, the game can begin.
